1) Open a new image, mine was 300x100

2) Choose your color, and font: I had #0000ff for the foreground and #01a6ff for the background, font: sincerely, 72

3)Write your name using the text tool, floating selection, stroke 1

4) Selections/select none

5) Layers/ duplicate twice so that you have 3 layers

6) Use the magic wand and select all the letters

7) Selections/modify contract by 1

8) Switch off visibility of all the layers except the bottom one and highlight it

9) Adjust/add noise random monochrome 30

10) Highlight the middle layer, then Adjust/add noise random monochrome 60

11) Highlight the top layer, then Ajust/add noise: random monochrome 90

12) Select none

13) Save as name.psp

14) Go to Animation Shop File/Animation Wizard, transparent, speed 5) add your name.psp

15) save as gif
